CUSTOM EXAMPLES
Payment Terms
For jobs of $1,000 or more, we only require 50% payment up front when you place your order. The final 50% payment is due only after the tutorial(s) are 100% complete to your satisfaction. If the job ends up being larger or smaller than originally quoted/estimated, there may be an adjustment in the final price. However, we will keep you informed as we go through the production process, of just how long and how many words the tutorial(s) are shaping up to be... so there are no surprises when the job is complete.
What to Expect...
When we do a custom voice job, you get to see the completed tutorials for approval, and can then tell us what changes you want made. It typically only takes 1 or 2 iterations for us to get it the way you want it..... but we'll keep at it until you are completely satisfied. Once you approve the tutorial and script, we will send the script to the voice talent of your choice for recording. The entire process typically takes 2-3 business days for custom tutorials, however if your order is for several tutorials it may take a little longer.
