DemoWolf and WHMCS partner to provide hosting tutorials

(Nova Scotia, Canada) - DemoWolf (www.demowolf.com) today announced a new partnership with WHMCompleteSolution (www.whmcs.com), a developer of client management, billing and support systems for web hosting providers.

"WHMCS is a great client management solution for web hosting companies and dedicated server providers" says Rob Moore, President of DemoWolf. "With WHMCS integrated with their websites, web hosting providers can more easily manage their customers, and give them the tools they need to manage their accounts, billing and support issues."

WHMCS provides automated recurring billing, an easy to use client management system, and an integrated client support center with support tickets, knowledgebase, announcements and live server status. Originally designed for cPanel hosts, WHMCS has expanded to also include support for Plesk, Direct Admin and TCAdmin.

As part of this partnership, all WHMCS customers are provided with the opportunity to purchase DemoWolf support tutorials at a discount. Furthermore, WHMCS will provide all customers with the necessary configuration tools to integrate DemoWolf tutorials directly into WHMCS, so that the end-users will have access to their host's flash tutorials directly from within their customer area.

When WHMCS customers purchase DemoWolf tutorials, they will receive tutorials that are custom branded with their own company logo in the first and last frames of all tutorials. Customers also get to choose specific colors for the narrative text boxes throughout the tutorials, and have the option of adding voice-over narration for a more professional customer experience. What's more, is if WHMCS customers previously purchased tutorials from another provider, they will be able to "trade them in" for a 50% discount in DemoWolf tutorials.

This announcement follows on the heels of DemoWolf's recent release of their new cPanel 11 tutorials for the new X3 skin.

DemoWolf has an inventory of over 1200 self-produced tutorials for the hosting industry, including tutorials for cPanel, WebHost Manager, Helm, H-Sphere, Plesk, Virtuozzo, SeverCP, Direct Admin, phpMyAdmin, FTP, Email, and SmarterMail, and several DNS domain name tutorials.
