DemoWolf launches DemoSuite, a new support application for hosting providers

(Nova Scotia, Canada) - DemoWolf (www.demowolf.com), producer of flash tutorials for the web hosting industry, has just announced the launch of a new application called DemoSuite. DemoSuite is a Windows-based application that web hosting companies can provide to their customers, so their flash support tutorials can be viewed directly on the customer's desktop.

"After more than six months of programming, tweaking, beta testing and bug fixing, the first version of DemoSuite is finally ready for the hosting industry" says Rob Moore, founder of DemoWolf.com. "We are extremely proud of DemoSuite, not just because of what it can do to help web hosting companies in their quest to provide better support for their customers, but also because we developed it in-house."

DemoSuite is an application that web hosting companies can use to create a custom-branded "Flash Player" for their customers to download (an EXE file). This "DemoSuite Flash Player" is a desktop application that allows the customer to play their web host's flash support tutorials directly from their Windows desktops, and without having to search for them on their host's website.

"Not only is DemoSuite a great new support tool" Moore continues, "but it is also terrific at promoting the hosting companies brand as it puts their logo on the desktops of all customers who download it!" 

With DemoSuite, the hosting company has the ability to change 11 different settings before exporting the Flash Player, including custom skins, colors, uploading their logo, and even giving the Flash Player it's own name (i.e. "ABC Host Tutorial Viewer"). They also have full control over building their tutorial movie lists and categories, including making an unlimited number of tutorials available to their customers. They can even add their own custom links in the Flash Player so customers can click to open their host's website for example.

If the web host decides to make more tutorials available to their customers later on, they simply have to upload the new SWF tutorial files to their server, then update their Flash Movie List..... a file that also stays on their server. There is never any need for their customers to download a revised Flash Player, since the Flash Player gets it's tutorial information from the host's server (i.e. no tutorials are ever downloaded to the customer's computer).

DemoSuite is now available for purchase or lease, with significant introductory savings to be had until DemoSuite 2.0 is released (expected early 2007). DemoSuite 2.0 will take customer-host communications to the next level, by also offering DemoCHAT and DemoTICKET..... modules that will allow customers to submit and view support tickets directly from their desktops, and also initiate a Live Chat session. These enhancements are currently under development.
