We guarantee our prices for a full 6 months after your purchase. If within 6 months of your purchase, the tutorials you bought are reduced in price (perhaps we have a sale, or a special offer), we will honor this new price for you, and give you a credit towards future purchases equal to the amount you would have saved. If you do not automatically receive notice of a credit after we release new pricing, you should contact us and specify what you purchased, when you purchased it, and how much you paid. Once we confirm the purchase, we'll send you confirmation of your credit, and how to use it.
Version Guarantee - SIX (6) MONTHS!
We guarantee our tutorial versions for a full 6 months after your purchase. If within 6 months of your purchase, we release a newer version of the tutorials you bought (i.e. by adding tutorials to the series, or changing tutorials within the series), we will provide you with a new updated set of tutorials for free. Note: This guarantee does NOT include the release of NEW tutorials series for the same product. If you do not automatically receive notice of a credit after we update a version of our tutorials, you should contact us and specify what you purchased, and when you purchased it. Once we confirm the purchase, we'll send you the updated tutorials within the series.
