TopWhat exactly does DemoWolf do?

DemoWolf produces custom branded flash tutorials that show people how to use certain applications. Our customers tend to be companies that want to demonstrate applications to their users. They purchase tutorials from us, we brand them with their logo, and they make them available on their websites for their users/customers to benefit from.

TopWhat are Flash Tutorials?

Flash tutorials are visual demonstrations that you can watch in your browser, to learn how to use control panels, software, or whatever application the tutorial was intended for. These "demonstrations" are flash-based, and load automatically in your browser when you click to start a tutorial. They have playback controls (play, pause, rewind, fast-forward) so you can view the tutorials at your own pace.

TopAre these Flash Tutorials for me?

If you sell a product or service on the internet and have people emailing or calling you for support, then flash tutorials are definitely for you. With flash tutorials on your website (specifically, in the support section of your website), your customers have the ability to browse your tutorials for the answers they're seeking, before asking you for help. TopHow much do Flash Tutorials cost?

DemoWolf tutorials are available either individually, or in a series of several related tutorials. The cost varies depending on how many tutorials are included in the series, how complex they are, etc. Individually, our standard ready-made tutorials are sold for $9.95 each, but series pricing typically works out to be much cheaper. For example, our cPanel series of 31 tutorials for the cPanel control panel, currently sells for $89.95. That works out to $2.90 per tutorial.

Yes, all prices are in US Dollars.

TopWhat methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal, as well as all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diner's Club and JCB. As of October 24, 2006, we accept credit card payments through 2checkout.com. 2checkout.com is an authorized retailer of goods and services provided by DemoWolf.com. Payments made through PayPal go through our parent company, Bishmore Holdings Ltd.

TopAre there any recurring costs?

No! Once you purchase tutorials from DemoWolf, they are yours forever. The only way you'll be charged again is if you decide to purchase more tutorials.

TopWhat if I want my own logo in the tutorials I purchase? What's the extra cost?

No extra cost, whatsoever! Every tutorial is custom branded with your logo at the beginning and the end of the tutorial, free of charge. In fact, you MUST provide us with your company logo, as we will not sell generically branded tutorials (i.e. without your company logo).

TopI don't see the tutorials I want on your website. What do I do?

# If you are in the web hosting industry and the tutorials you seek are for relatively popular web hosting applications, then you should let us know what we're missing. Chances are we'll develop a series for your application and offer it to the masses. We will respond to your request and keep you informed of it's status.

TopWhat if my requirements are a little different, and/or not related to the web hosting industry?

You can still let us know what tutorials you'd like to see us produce, however if we decide there isn't enough of a demand from our customer base to warrant creating the tutorials, we likely won't be in a hurry to develop them for the masses. In that case, you still have the Custom Tutorial option. Either way, we'll let you know by responding to your request.

TopDoes that mean I can't get the tutorials I want?

No! It just means the tutorials you want would be considered "custom". We can still provide you with a custom quote for the tutorials you want, they'll just likely cost a little more. The cost of custom tutorials would be more than if they were standard tutorials offered for sale on our website, but they would be fully customized per your instructions. TopHow long will it take to get my tutorials?

Delivery time of our ready-made tutorials is typically 24 hours, not including weekends or holidays. During peak sales times, deliveries may run as long as 48 hours, but we will always let you know as soon as you place your order what the estimated delivery time is. For custom tutorials, delivery times are highly dependent on how many tutorials you order, and their complexity. Deliveries can be anywhere from 1-3 days for 1 or 2 custom tutorials, or as long as 1-2 weeks for 5 to 10 custom tutorials. Again, we will let you know when you place your order.

TopWhat do I get when I order tutorials?

Once we've finished producing your tutorials, we'll send you an email with instructions on how to download your tutorials from our website. There will be a link, as well as a username and password assigned to you. Once you login to the download area, you can click to download your new tutorials. You will actually be downloading ZIP files, within which will be 2 files for every tutorial you've ordered: a SWF file and a HTML file. Once you've extracted your tutorial files, you can upload them to your website or server, then simply link to the HTML files from your support pages. You can also edit the HTML files if you wish, to add your own custom header, footer, etc. If you require any assistance with this, please contact us and we'd be glad to help :)

TopInstead of purchasing tutorials, can I just link to yours from my website?

Absolutely not. It is illegal to hotlink directly to our tutorials, or to tutorials created for our customers. Doing so constitutes a serious copyright violation, and all necessary steps will be taken to prosecute offenders to the fullest extent of the law. Please take the time to read over our terms of use.

TopCan I resell your tutorials?

Yes and no :) If you think you can help promote our tutorials, or if you have a potential customer base that you think would be interested in purchasing DemoWolf tutorials, you can apply to become an official DemoWolf reseller. You can do so by contacting us, and sending a message to "partnerships". However, you cannot resell tutorials and brand them as your own. Doing so constitutes a serious copyright violation, and all necessary steps will be taken to prosecute offenders to the fullest extent of the law. Please take the time to read over our terms of use.

Top I'm sold! How do I order tutorials for my own website?

Each tutorial series has pricing information and an "Order button" located at the bottom of the tutorials page. Simply click the order button to add those tutorials to the shopping cart. You can continue to add more tutorials to the cart before checking out. All online transactions are secured with SSL for your protection.
