"Demo Pages" - Tutorial Display Options

Have you put any thought into how you want to display your tutorials to your customers/users? Do you want to display them from within a knowledgebase? Do you want to spread links to them throughout your website? Or do you want one central location from where all your tutorials can be viewed... perhaps from a support page?

Creating hyperlinks for each of your tutorials is fine if you only buy one or two tutorial series... but what if you want hundreds of tutorials? How long is it going to take you to create a page with working hyperlinks to all your tutorials?

We offer several options for displaying tutorials that could save you HOURS of development time!

OPTION 1 - SIMPLE HTML PAGE
We will provide you with an HTML page that lists all tutorials you’ve ordered, with hyperlinks already setup. The HTML page will be unformatted so it will be easy for you to simply cut/paste the HTML we provide into your own formatted page. All we need to create this page for you is your domain name and path to your tutorials folder (where you will upload your tutorial files/folders, i.e. http://www.yourhostingcompany.com/demos/), and the name you want for the HTML file (i.e. tutorials.html). We will create this HTML file complete with working hyperlinks to all your demos.

OPTION 2 - HTML PAGE WITH "FLOATBOX" DISPLAY
This option is the same as option 1, except when you click a tutorial title to view it, instead of that tutorial opening in a new tab or browser window, your HTML page will fade and the tutorial will play in a Floatbox window.

OPTION 3 - HTML PAGE WITH "NESTED FLOATBOX" DISPLAY
With this option, the HTML page we provide you will only list the ’tutorial series’ titles. When you click a series title, the HTML page will fade and a Floatbox window will appear listing all available tutorials in that series. You can then click a tutorial title in that Floatbox, and it will fade, and another Floatbox will appear with the tutorial playing inside it. This option is best if you’ve ordered a large number of tutorial series and don’t want a really long list of tutorials on your page... and is exactly the option we’ve implemented on our Hosting Tutorials page.

OPTION 4 - HTML PAGE WITH "ACCORDION FLOATBOX" DISPLAY
With this option, the HTML page we provide you will only list the ’tutorial series’ titles as well. When you click a series title, it will "scroll open" like an accordion, listing all available tutorials in that series. You can then click a tutorial title, and a Floatbox window will appear with the tutorial playing inside it. At any time you can "scroll open" any of the other tutorials series. This option is also good if you’ve ordered a large number of tutorial series and don’t want a really long list of tutorials on your page... an alternative to the Nested Floatbox option.
